Maybe they should rotate the entertainment at the different pools and have different themes? The sunbed policy isn't good, you need to be out by 6.30am to ensure that you get a bed, which is fine for me as I'm always up early they are pretty much all taken by 7am, but you can take a bed if nobody has even on them after 10am which we have done a couple of times if I couldn't get a bed one morning. The grounds are beautiful and pools are all lovely with lots of different options the rooftop pool and main infinity pools are stunning, its just a shame that they have the main daytime entertainment at the infinity pool, it could be so tranquil but is spoilt a little by all of the noise and entertainment, we spent a couple of days there but couldn't spend every day there because it was too loud.
The rooms are beautiful and very modern, it was like being at a spa when sat on the balcony listening to the lagoon style rivers and the wildlife, they also have a no smoking policy on the balcony which we love! However, there are still some ignorant people that do it! We had someone below us smoking weed and cigars and we advised reception. This resort is absolutely stunning and has the potential to be a 5 star resort but the service makes it more of a 3.5/4 star resort.
